Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
    • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and provide a full refund. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in the process of being shipped.
  • Order Cancellation After Shipment:
    • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may proceed with our return or exchange process once you receive the product.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Customized or personalized uniforms are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Return Process:
